This quiet and regularly maintained complex is the perfect getaway for a weekend retreat, Summer Vacation or Winter Season base-camp!
The information below is provided in order for guests to make an informed booking decision:
--> Please Note: Per Washoe County short term rental ordinance this unit accepts and accommodates THREE (3) guests maximum (including infants)
--> TRAVEL INSURANCE:
- Due to our cancellation policy guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance as refunds are only given based on the cancellation policy or VRBO's extenuating circumstances.
--> No refunds are given for snow or other storms/natural weather events, which a common occurrence in mountain towns. The only exception is if all roads into Lake Tahoe are closed to all vehicles/traffic which prevents guests from arriving, and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. While complete road closures are rare, this is why travel insurance is recommended.
--> Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Guests should plan accordingly to have a Four wheel drive (4WD), all wheel drive (AWD) with winter tires or chains for non 4WD/AWD vehicles during the winter months.
--> Mountain towns experience unpredictable and periodic loss of electricity, TV Cable and Internet/Wifi, and the complex may experience unexpected jacuzzi spa/sauna closures during storms or maintenance. A gas fireplace and games/battery powered lanterns are provided for guests for outages. Refunds are not given for unexpected outages or closed amenities.
--> The Hot Tub/Sauna is usually open but sometimes closed for repairs/maintenance by the property management company without notice. No refunds given if this amenity is not in service during a guest's stay.
--> It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of and disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to booking. No refunds will be issued for allergic reactions.
--> The cleaning company charges by the minute when guests have not checked out by 10:00 am (or otherwise agreed upon check out time). These charges will be passed on to the guest, so please check out on time.
--> The owner/manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities or when using any amenities included with this booking (sleds, beach gear, appliances, etc.) and is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
--> PLEASE NOTE: this property comes with LIMITED AVAILABILITY to Incline Village's private beaches, between June 1 and August 31. Please Inquire with the host before booking. Guests who use more than the allocated number of entries provided by the host will be charged an additional $100 per entry.
--> The owner has dogs when living in the condo. Per the McCloud Home Owners Association (HOA) regulations, only owners are allowed to have animals (dogs) on the premises. Do NOT bring a dog (or any other animal) into the condo AT ANY TIME, with the exception of Service Animals.
--> Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are NOT allowed per HOA regulations and non-acceptance of ESA's is supported by Nevada State law. This isn't my rule and guests who violate this will be required to pay any applicable HOA fees/additional cleaning fees or other fines of $500+.
